Dematic is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cesena. He/she will be working leading a group of people in order to manage and to control all the resident customer service activities to our Customer distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.

Tasks and Qualifications:

The Maintenance Team Lead is going to :

Manage the start-up phase of the project with agile approachCoordinate a Maintenance team of +13 workers together with Site ManagerPlan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) together with Site ManagerDesign process according with the service contract agreement together with Site ManagerAttend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholdersDraft Minute of meeting and site tasks reportBe a key player for the Customer and for Dematic stakeholders.Manage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer businessWork with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligationsCollaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his/her team on the work siteDo periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activitiesEnsure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligationsMaintain quality control and compliance proceduresReport directly to Site Manager
 

Who we are looking for?

Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automationExperience for electrical, mechanical and software engineeringAt least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plantsPrevious experience as Operation Supervisor/Site Supervisor/Site Manager or in a similar rolePrevious key role experience in a complex organization Bachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studiesGood knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken
