Job Descriptions: Job Summary Sigmatech, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of Aviation Support Equipment, Ground Support Equipment, and other critical hardware. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, leading a technical team, and ensuring compliance with government standards and technical manuals. The position also requires travel (5-10%) to CONUS and OCONUS locations to support operations, deployments, and training activities when required. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance and Repair + Oversee and perform maintenance, of Aviation Support Equipment and Ground Support Equipment. + Inspect, diagnose, and repair Wheel Assemblies, ensuring operational functionality. + Maintain and repair generators and other systems, addressing mechanical and electrical issues to meet operational standards in accordance with the applicable Technical Manual. + Identify and repair unserviceable items during maintenance activities. Team Leadership and Coordination + Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring effective task delegation and completion according to production and mission requirements. + Provide technical guidance and training to team members to improve proficiency in equipment maintenance. + Coordinate with key stakeholders to address real-time operational issues and ensure readiness of all assigned systems. Fleet Management + Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) in compliance with applicable Technical Manuals. + Track and document all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records and compliance with government reporting requirements. Required Experience: Education & Experience + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in maintenance or engineering are preferred. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance and repair of Aviation Support Equipment, Ground Support Equipment, and/or and generators. + Familiarity with military maintenance standards and technical manuals, including DA Form 2404 or GCSS-Army 5988-E.
