EDUCATION

Senior High School /vocational school or equivalent education.

EXPERIENCE

Has proven ability in recognizing and correcting equipment and process problems. Previous experience in the successful supervision of engineering suppliers. Is able to work effectively and independently under pressure.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Has proven ability to lead a team to success; Is able to estimate project cost and provide cost benefit analysis.

COMMUNICATION

Is able to communicate in Mandarin and speak & write in business format in Chinese & English. Formats reports in an acceptable business format to provide information that is easily understood. Uses tables, graphs and other data to support recommendations and conclusions. Technical writing skills.
