Maintenance Team Leader
State-of-the-art technologies and production of the highly developed automotive electronics in the heart of Lithuania. Our diversity, passion and agility make us the place of choice. · Develop and implement maintenance procedures for process equipment used in the manufacturing of electronic products. Ensure alignment with industry standards and company requirements. · Follow procurement processes for equipment, ensuring alignment with operational and maintenance requirements. Manage and implement maintenance engineering changes to improve equipment performance and reliability. · Initiate and execute continuous improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Apply industry best practices such as KAIZEN and lean methodologies to improve operations and work methods. · Work closely with Launch Engineering teams to ensure that process implementations are well-suited for series manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition of new processes to production. · Identify and evaluate emerging Industry 4.0 technologies that could enhance process equipment maintenance and operations. Share and apply insights on new technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiency. · Develop detailed project plans aligned with timelines and schedules to ensure the on-time delivery of deliverables. Monitor and report on project status, including timing, quality, risks, and any issues that could impact project success. · Ensure equipment is maintained according to the established schedules and standards. Oversee calibration activities, ensuring equipment meets the required accuracy standards. Monitor equipment performance (e.g., OEE metrics such as availability, yield, and quality) and implement corrective actions as necessary. · Ensure adherence to 5S principles, maintaining cleanliness and organization in production and maintenance areas. Uphold safety standards by ensuring that equipment is compliant with safety regulations and safety mechanisms are not bypassed or tampered with. · Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing teams on product and process equipment issues. Guide maintenance technicians in diagnosing and repairing equipment, including robots, fixtures, and machinery. · Ensure that equipment and procedures are standardized according to Tech.Net and quality standards. Create and update relevant documentation, including manufacturing and maintenance instructions, OPLs, and reference matrices. · Prepare and present regular reports on equipment performance, including yield reports, Pareto analysis, and root cause analysis (A3 or 8D). Analyze performance trends and initiate improvements based on findings. · A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or any other related field, or equivalent education and experience is required. · At least 3 years of working experience in the field of production engineering, preferably within the automotive industry. · Experience in process and equipment validation processes (PEVP) is an advantage. · Experience in automation, mechanics, and pneumatics. · Previous experience in leadership, with the ability to build and lead technical teams is a plus. · Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic diagrams, as well as 2D and 3D CAD drawings. · Strong technical realization skills in production equipment, process capability assessments, and process documentation. · Familiarity with modern production and quality management tools, such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis.. · Good command of product knowledge and controlling processes. · Proficiency in 5S, Six Sigma, and statistical methods for process improvement. · Experience with using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. · Good command of English: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. · Strong networking and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. · Ability to create and implement suitable procedures and work instructions. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. · Willing to travel related to business. · Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. + Private health insurance. + Accident insurance (valid even outside working hours). + A modern and clean working environment. + Gifts on birthdays, work anniversaries, and various occasions. + Additional paid vacation days during the Christmas and New Year. + Free gym with all necessary equipment (located on the company's premises). + Free transportation from Jonava to Continental. + Public transportation from Kaunas to Continental. + Employee discounts on meals in the company's modern restaurant. + Company-provided discounts. + Work in a professional, dynamic, multicultural team. + Opportunities for professional development in an international company and work with world-class technologies. + Salary: 2700 - 3718 EUR (before withholding taxes) considering your current professional competence and work experience.
