You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreementsPoint of call for on shift team, main liaison with customer operations teamIdentifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and productsAdhering to and promoting safety standards and work practicesEnsuring customer operations runs efficiently and all facets of the system are online and running effectivelyLeading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achievedWhat we are looking for:
We would like you to have experience in troubleshooting / problem solving equipment faults, be customer focused and ensure high quality service and output is delivered, as well as possessing the following qualifications & experience:
