Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Team Leader and lead a dedicated group of over 60 Maintenance Technicians working across three shifts, seven days a week. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment!

What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities in the area of responsibility, respecting the priorities established by the direct supervisor by involving craftsmen.Ensure the knowledge and application of labor protection (including LOTO), environmental protection, fire protection rules and internal procedures by craftsmen.Keep the time management of craftsmen in order to fulfill the daily plan.Coordinate planned works and remediation of machine failures respecting the planning and priorities agreed with the production and other departments.Ensure usage of SAP PM by craftsmen.Ensure the acquisition and inventory of tools and accessories for craftsmen, in compliance with plant standards.Ensure, in cooperation with engineers, that the necessary spare parts for the planned interventions are available.Get involved and ensure craftsmen involvement in completing the MBR (Major Breakdown Report).Offer support for implementing technical improvement proposals (energy efficiency, quality, equipment efficiency).

QualificationsHighschool/ Technical University degree.Medium English level.MS Office knowledge.3+ years of leadership experience.Maintenance process knowledge (preventive maintenance, MTC).Previous experience in Manufacturing represents a plus.Safety knowledge (e.g. safety devices & functions, LOTO, SAP PM)SPS Methodologies and Tools (e.g. A3)Electrical (electrotechnics, automation) and mechanical (general mechanics, pneumatic, hydraulic) knowledge.
