Competitive company-paid benefits Work alongside a dedicated and passionate team Strong company culture with a focus on sustainability and green initiatives Profit-sharing and 401(k) options Career advancement opportunities PPE and yearly tool allowances Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical systems Conduct preventive maintenance inspections Ensure machines run efficiently by disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and lubricating parts Identify and report damaged or broken parts Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns safely and efficiently Complete necessary reports including work orders and machine logs Contribute to machine and equipment improvement projects Required Skills/Abilities: Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs Basic electrical knowledge in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience, including industrial maintenance, repair, machining, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics Experience with PLCs is a must Vocational or community college coursework in related fields is a plus Must have own tools/toolbox Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment Ready to take your career to the next level?
