Job Description Summary

• Three to five years’ experience in skilled or semi-skilled maintenance required
• Electrical knowledge / training and electrical machine repair preferred
• Familiarity with CNC machinery (Okuma, Fanuc, Siemens) is preferred

Job Description

Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as equipment installationDuties would include, but not limited to, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabricationStrong electrical/mechanical aptitude is requiredMust be dependable and safety orientedKnows and understands Quality System requirementsMust be flexible in working hours including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent.Basic skills:  critical thinking, reading comprehension, electrical print reading, blue print reading, communicationGood interpersonal skillsComplex problem solving skills: problem identification, information gathering, information organizing, idea generation, idea evaluationTechnical skills: programming, troubleshooting, operation monitoring, testingWorking knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenanceFormal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experienceStrong computer skills necessaryMust be shift flexibleAbility to work well with othersGood attendanceNegative pre-employment and random drug test
