PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Maintenance Tech in Lansing MI.
 
Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Job Type: Full time; Temp to Hire
Schedule: Day shift
Location: Lansing MI
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility machinery.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements.

Operate tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to detect and fix part imperfections.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring machines meet specifications.

Train junior mechanics and recommend process improvements.

Maintain safety standards and repair records for equipment and vehicles.

Adhere to environmental standards and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing experience (Aerospace preferred).

Knowledge of blueprints, electrical, hydraulics, and building maintenance.

Skilled with industrial systems, welding, and fabrication.

Proficient in using tools and test equipment (e.g., volt meter).

Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
