Responsibilities Performs a wide range of advanced, technical, journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities and/or departments including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning services. May be required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Three (3) or more years of related experience NM Journeyman license in either construction or some type of certificate of training in the trades field Preferred Job Requirements: Technical and/or Vocational Training in a related field of study
