Job Description
We are a blow molding facility that primarily supports the automotive industry by manufacturing tanks and reservoirs for vehicles. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems up to 480v. The technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints.Use and interpret a multimeter.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.Troubleshoot PLCs and understand/edit Ladder Logic.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.Essential SkillsExperience troubleshooting up to 480v.Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to read electrical and hydraulic prints.Skilled in using and interpreting a multimeter.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to understand and edit Ladder Logic.Experience troubleshooting PLCs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a hot manufacturing environment. The facility is not climate controlled, so it will be very hot in the summer. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions. The available position is for the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7am. There is currently very little overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOWE, Indiana.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
