Job Summary Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. Basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems. Manage tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers.
