Job Title: Maintenance Tech Helper
Job Type: Full time; Temp to Hire
Schedule: Day shift
Location: Lansing MI
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Assist Maintenance Lead and Technicians in equipment repairs and maintenance.

Follow safety protocols, including LOTO, hazardous waste, and chemical storage.

Use appropriate PPE and maintain a clean work area.

Support preventative maintenance tasks like changing oil, belts, filters, and servicing systems.

Help with facility repairs and notify supervision of larger issues.

Report work details (hours, parts) to supervision.

Communicate with team members across all levels.

Requirements:

Strong focus on safety and HSE standards.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts (training provided).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
