Join a proven team for growth, success, and a satisfying career!  THIS POSITION IS 2ND SHIFTSummary: Perform required maintenance and repair on building and equipment as scheduled or as needed during processing hours. To work independently and cooperatively to meet and / or exceed the expectations of the customer, company and department, through established and maintained procedures.  Maintain positive / productive behavior, showing care for the customer and fellow employees, without compromising company or personal standards.  Essential Duties: Routinely inspect equipment Routinely inspect equipment to identify / report potential equipment failure. Routinely inspect equipment to identify / report potential equipment safety issues. (personnel and / or food safety)Routinely inspect plant utilities to identify / report potential equipment failures. Perform maintenance duties Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled and /or assigned to process equipment.Perform repairs to maintain the operational ability and integrity of process equipment.Maintain areas outside of processing areas, to the level of requirements of the Master Sanitation Plan. Perform preoperational equipment setup / maintenance and post operational equipment teardown / maintenance on process equipment.  Operate equipment Safely operate various maintenance power tools and measuring instruments.Safely operate gas cutting and welding systems.Safely operate forklifts, manual and /or electric pallet jacks (Plant Certification)Must be LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) Certified  Maintain all required maintenance & company records and documents Maintain updates, create and do Work Orders & Preventive Maintenance Worksheets within the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
