Open Interviews held Tuesday each week. Please arrive between 1pm-3pm. This is a manufacturing setting where customers visit. You must be dressed in long pants, closed toed shoes and have on a shirt with sleeves. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be turned away and asked to come back the following week in the required attire.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical (480V, 208V, 120V, 24VDC) and controls-related troubleshooting Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations Performs special duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/ManagerREQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
Thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment Working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters and variable frequency drives Ability to read and follow written instructions Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications Your Education Should Be…Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Trade or Technical school a plus

5+ years of electrical maintenance experience
2+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems
Strong background in electrical troubleshooting
Skills Required: (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):
Welding and fabrication skills considered a plus
