In this role, you will:

Complete carpentry work/repairs within the community—including renovation & remodeling; painting, staining and varnishing, plastering, sheetrock finishing & hanging wallpaper.Perform interior and exterior painting and carpentry work.Capable of cut-in by hand painting.Remove, install & repair wallpaper and borders.Use equipment and supplies responsibly.Participates in snow removal process if needed

We require:

High School diploma or GEDMinimum of three years related experience or graduate of technical school with at least two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Extensive knowledge of various electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos and instruction manuals.Ability to complete basic math calculations accurately.Valid NY Driver’s license.
