Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtimeDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesRepair and replace components to ensure machines operate efficientlyAssist with equipment installations and upgradesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policiesMaintenance Technician – 1st Shift Qualifications:
Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairKnowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWelding and fabrication experience is a plus!Team player with excellent communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
