Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep for the entire facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting and Drywall Repairs
Office Setup, Teardown, and Furniture Relocation
Event Setup and Teardown
Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
Ensure that the facility is always in operating condition
Interior / Exterior Lighting
Small Appliance Repair
Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interior
Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership
Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility
Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility
Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks
Assist with Outside Vendor Management / Scheduling
Perform Lockout Tag-out
Handle chemicals
Keep work area clean and orderly
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to successfully plan, and complete project work with little supervision
Review completed work to ensure it aligns with company standards and leadership expectations
Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Ability to become certified in Aerial lift and Fall Protection
Ability to become certified in Lockout Tag-out
Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
Basic computer skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years maintenance experience is preferred.
Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to use measuring equipment
Ability to safely operate an overhead JIB cranes
Must be available to respond to urgent issues during non-business hours as part of an on-call schedule.
Independent self-starter requiring little to no supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail in fast-paced work environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Push/pull 100 lbs.
Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
Steel toed boots

Latex gloves
Face shield
High visibility vest
Respirator

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $22.00-$28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
