We have an immediate opportunity for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join us at our diverse team in Easley, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the running and maintenance of all machinery in our factory location.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Monitor & troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to the faulty component under the instruction of the Maintenance Technician II.
Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality
Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeter, Megger, and other test equipment under the instruction of the Maintenance Technician II.
Analyze test results, machine, error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
Repair and Maintain Fanuc Robotics and CNC Machines, including Mazak/Makino Machining Centers.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
2 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical or electronic systems a plus but not required
Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques. Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics.
