**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical maintenance on conveyors, cheese packaging equipment, boilers, and plant equipment. You will work on Viking equipment, which includes newer stainless steel builds, and be responsible for repairing all plant equipment while troubleshooting both mechanically and electrically. This role also involves complementary duties such as machine operation, minor clean-up, and assisting with production. You will handle electrical tasks up to 220v, though PLC experience is not required, and training will be provided for those eager to learn.
