NGC is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Oklahoma City, OK facility. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Performs repairs and lite periodic/ planned maintenance in the area of carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical in an office facility environment both inside and outside

Conducts daily routine and periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities: infrastructure machinery, and equipment

Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment using blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications

Initiate and complete the daily Northrop Grumman Laboratory/ Facility Checklist

Receives, document and store product/ material in the shipping/receiving area

Relocate office furniture as required to include tear down and build-up as necessary

Escort commercial workers performing facility repairs

Occasionally support the receptionist front desk

Uses hand and power tools

Any other assignment as required in supporting the facility

Basic Qualification and Education:

Must have a HS Degree or Diploma and at least 3 years experience as a maintenance technician

Experience with maintenance trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, machinery and/or equipment repair or electrical

Read and understand blueprints

Basic MS Office knowledge

Must be a US Citizen and have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $39,800.00 - $66,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
