QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:LOTO Trained and Deviation Permit ProcessUnderstand basic concepts of electricity including voltage, current and resistanceUnderstand and operate a volt-ohm-millimeters (VOM) and non-contact voltage testers to properly test for energized electrical circuits.Understand the basics of electrical machine controlsUnderstand mechanical fastener types, application and installation procedures.Handle, dispense and apply various types of lubricants.  Understands types, properties storage, handling and application of basic lubricants and the use of typical lubricant charts.Understand hydraulic valve configuration, operations and components. Understand pneumatic valve configuration, operation and component.Weld, braze, solder and cut metal Understand basic components of blueprints including scales, symbols and dimensionsUnderstand mechanical fastener types, application and installation procedures.  Select and install various types of fastenersHandle, dispense and apply various types of lubricantsUnderstand types, properties, storage, handling and application of basic lubricants, and the use of typical lubricant chartsUnderstand basic machine shop skills and machine safetyUnderstand and participate in TPM initiatives.Must be adaptable to working in dangerous situations (vaults, scaffolding), heavy equipment, and in all climatesTransport and safely store oxygen and acetylene cylinders Use block and tackle, chain hoists, slings, levelers, come-alongs, jacks, and winches to lift or move equipmentInspect heavy lifting hardware and cranes, and help perform heavy lifting jobs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARYMust be able to stand for 8 hoursMust be able to occasionally lift 100 lbs.Some heavy lifting required to replace motors, pumps, extruder screws, etc. at low frequency. COMPENSATION: 
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $25.45 - $31.81. In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
