**Job Description:** _The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing complex machine/electrical maintenance service and repair._ **Duties and Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling, and malfunctions + Operate personnel lifts + Perform all repairs and adaptations of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards + Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglass + Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production + Use hand power tools + Move equipment + Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering + Manage maintenance supplies and maintain supply inventory + Order spare parts + Routine electronic machine maintenance and upkeep + Replace electrical motors and components + Wire machines + Install new equipment + Design components and fabricate + Design and install guarding + Troubleshoot and replace electronic boards and digital and analog CNC drives + Basic Robotics + Train Team members + Adhere to all safety requirements + Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints + Certified forklift operator + Welding + Industrial electricity/wiring education and experience requirements **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints **Education and Experience Requirements** + 40 semester hours of industrial trade training or 5 years general maintenance experience + Qualified electrician and basic electronics _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
