Profile Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automated machines, requiring extensive knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems. Candidate may be required to work other shift(s) based on operational needs.
Job Duties:
Candidates must be able to troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Ability to perform milling, welding, fabrication, and use of various power tools required.
Must be able to read and interpret mechanical diagrams as well as electrical schematics
Must be flexible to work in many different environments including, but not limited to ladder work, scaffolding, rooftop, hot and cold temperatures, and willing to work overtime on weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
Ability to push, pull, and lift 55 pounds frequently, as well as stand for long periods.
Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
Abide by OSHA regulations and ISO compliance
Experience with robots, CNC programing, and controls will be a plus but not required.
Required Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency.
