Job DescriptionOur technicians perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment. They troubleshoot, repair, service and conduct ongoing maintenance to ensure uninterrupted and effective operations.

1. Repair or install a wide range of machinery and equipment and their component parts using the following skills:
a. Electrical (480 Volt 3 Phase Systems)
b. Mechanical (hydraulic/pneumatic) f. Machining
c. Carpentry g. Plumbing
d. HVAC
e. Welding (Stick/Mig/Tig)
f. Machining
g. Plumbing
2. Trouble shoot equipment or machinery failure and problems as they arise. Ability to read schematics and solid understanding of PLC's a plus.
3. Assist with various ongoing projects such as the installation and removal of equipment/machinery.
4. Fabricate special parts or entire pieces of equipment.
5. Provide input on the layout and design of equipment in workstations.
6. Maintain shop machinery and an orderly work area,
7. Performs preventive maintenance, calibration, etc. on production and lab equipment,
8. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Formal Technical Training/Education/Certification Strongly Preferred;
Minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience.
Computer knowledge in Windows based applications and able to interpret technical materials and fulfuill work orders and record problems and solutions in logs;
Must possess or obtain certification to operate platform lift and confined space permit in addition to other regulatory requirements applicable to job responsibilities.
