Technicians are the on-site safety contact. Ensuring compliance with OSHA mandated safety programs. Also, Technicians are responsible for the operational condition of all manufacturing equipment and building Maintenance. Additionally, Technicians are required to learn the Limble, Computerized Managed Maintenance System. Technicians will ensure work requests are prioritized and completed in a timely manner. This position reports to the Director of Operations for Maintenance, Safety, and ESG, and is based out of our Simms, Bozeman, Montana office. **As the Maintenance Technician, you will have an opportunity to:** + Safely complete all facilities and production machine maintenance. + Service all maintenance tickets in a timely manner. + Serve as the on-site contact for all O.S.H.A. related programs. + Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair all building and production equipment. + Create Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program. + Engauge contractors for specialty services or tasks outside the Technicians skill set. **Specific Skills:** Basic hand tool use, ability to learn troubleshooting/repair of facilities and production equipment, desire to understand workplace O.S.H.A compliance. **Personal Characteristics:** Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, and outside contractors. **Physical Requirement:** Walking and standing throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 40lbs on occasion. Must be able to manipulate small object in hand. **Additional Information:** Will need to politely communicate with staff when service requests are being executed. **Pay Range:** $26.11 - $39.18 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
