Job Description
This position involves working alongside the sanitation team to tear down and rebuild industrial equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment such as wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment.Execute reactive maintenance on various industrial machinery.Work with the sanitation team to disassemble and reassemble industrial equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems at 480v.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.Read and interpret blueprints to identify machine components.Work comfortably on industrial equipment including conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.Understand and work with limit switches (normally open, normally open held closed, normally closed, and normally closed held open).Essential Skills2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair at 480v.2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment.Understanding of limit switches and their configurations.PLC troubleshooting experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting.Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing plant.Additional schooling or certifications are a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
