\n Perform various duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment. Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery. Diagnose equipment failures. Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment. \n Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Work overtime as required. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment. Thermoforming experience preferred. Electrical training/experience with 480 3 phases/machine controls. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including: electrical circuits, pneumatics, motors, VFDs, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, compressors, refrigerated dryers, chillers, etc. Utilize troubleshooting methods and analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions. Read and interpret drawings, schematics and diagrams to locate components, diagnose problems and perform repairs. Experience operating forklift equipment. Mathematical aptitude and basic computer skills are required. Lifting requirement up to 50 pounds. Able to work at heights, climb ladders, crouch, stoop, kneel, use of hands, visual acuity are position requirements. Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
