We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience to join our team in a flexible role! You’ll spend 20-30 hours performing maintenance duties to keep our equipment running smoothly and 10-20 hours operating machines during slower periods. Wage: $22-25/hr

Hours: 5am-3pm or 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday

Location: Neenah, WI

Job Duties:

Conduct regular maintenance on all equipment to ensure peak performance and extend lifespan Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on machines as needed to prevent delays Operate machinery safely and efficiently during production, following all safety protocols and guidelines Perform preventative maintenance, including inspections and testing, to avoid unexpected downtime Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations Follow production schedules, assist with machine setup, and adjust equipment as needed to meet production goals Ensure all equipment meets or exceeds safety and quality standards set by the company Monitor equipment performance during operation, making adjustments as necessary Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report any major equipment issues or needs to management Assist in inventory management of parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance Collaborate with other team members to support overall plant operations and efficiency Provide recommendations for improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance and machine operation experience is required Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable with switching between positions as needed Reliable and punctual
