Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift at our state-of-the-art bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems to ensure minimal downtime and improve system reliability. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the overall efficiency of our production lines. Responsibilities: • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automated systems within the facility. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues on production equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability. • Work closely with production teams to improve overall equipment efficiency. • Support the timely resolution of any technical issues that arise during the shift. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Pay depending on experience. • Potential monthly bonus up to 5% of total monthly earnings • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. • $50,000 life insurance paid 100% by the company • 401k Retirement Plan with a 4% company match. • $1K - $10K signing bonus based on experience level. Schedule: • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (four-day work week with weekends off!). • Regular voluntary Over Time available.
