Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role requires providing emergency and unscheduled repairs, performing mechanical skills involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and troubleshooting tasks. **Responsibilities** + Install and maintain production and facility equipment. + Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment. + Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. + Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. + Diagnose robotic systems with an emphasis on electrical and programming. + Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician with skills in troubleshooting and machine repair. + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics, manuals, and work orders. + At least 2 years of experience in maintenance of production machinery. + Capability to use voltage meters, read electrical schematics, and utilize measuring tools. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
