Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP’s high standards in safety and quality.
Shift & Schedule: N1: Mon, Tues, Wed ; Alternating Thur. 6:00PM-6:15AM
What you will do:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change oversAssist other maintenance technicians as requiredWill assist in the training and coaching others on best practices. Performs other duties as assignedFollow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and proceduresMaintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areasDemonstrate good verbal and written communication skillsTotal Rewards:
Pay starting at $33.99 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $35.69 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. Average Shift Premium for N1: $1.05/hr

Manufacturing maintenance experience, or equivalent technical experienceAbility to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts listsPackaging experience is preferred
