Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence:
Foster positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients Respond promptly to service requests and emergency callsSystem Maintenance:
Perform maintenance to maximize efficiency without disrupting operations Conduct routine inspections in line with BGIS Safety Policy and Procedures Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and functionality Troubleshoot issues and recommend system upgrades Source parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs Collaborate with vendors and contractors to meet BGIS and client standards Complete work orders accurately and on time Escalate issues to the Critical Environment Facility Manager as needed Take on additional tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems in critical environments High school diploma or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to navigate uneven terrain and provide personal transportation for off-site meetings (reimbursed) Comfort working at heights and using ladders Physical capability to walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 75 pounds Availability to respond to off-hour emergencies Why BGIS?Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
