**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a dynamic battery manufacturing environment, ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently to meet production demands. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment including conveyors, robotics, and production machinery. **Responsibilities** + Ensure production machinery is maintained in a safe operating condition, meeting uptime requirements for uninterrupted production. + Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics. + Adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. + Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. **Essential Skills** + 5+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience + Electrical troubleshooting experience, including sensors, relays, 3-phase, 480v + Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics + Experience with battery systems + PLC and robotics experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must own tooling + Comfortable with blood tests for lead levels due to working with battery acid **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous annual tool allowance, boot allowance, and receive two free car batteries each year. The facility requires adherence to specific safety protocols, and you will initially train on the first shift for approximately 90 days.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of **Fort Wayne, Indiana.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.80 - $33.70/hr.
