\n \n Job Description

The Dartmouth Group is hiring a full time Maintenance Technician for its condominium community in Central Massachusettsnear theWorcester County line.

\n

\n

Work hours: M-F, 8am - 4:30pm.

\n

On call rotation for emergencies during nights and weekends, once every four weeks, compensation by 4-hours of paid overtime.

\n

\n

Daily Responsibilities:

\n\nPerform routine and preventative maintenance for two communities within a mile apart.\nWalk and inspect the property.\nPerform grounds keeping, pick up trash, and ensure property is debris free.\nArrange pool and outdoor furniture.\nPrioritize assigned work orders and follow-up with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding the work performed.\nMinor electrical: change out light bulbs, light fixtures, and light sockets.\nPlumbing: investigate leaks, snake drains,, and troubleshoot drainage issues.\nCarpentry: light dry wall repair, paint, plaster, minor deck work.\nMaintain pool areas, ensure cleanliness, and outdoor furniture is in order, test water.\nAssist and escort maintenance vendors and contractors onsite.\nUpkeep of company truck.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\n3+ year of residential maintenance or handyman experience.\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\nValid driver's license is required.\nOwn tools preferred.\nEye for detail. Proactive and takes the initiative.\nExcellent communication skills, written and spoken.\nService driven and team oriented with excellent customer service, follow-up, and follow-through skills.\nReliable, dependable, and on-time.\n\n
