Job Description:

Location: West Springfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Maintenance Technician candidates in the West Springfield, MA area. This is a full-time, first-shift role with strong potential for advancement and lots of overtime available.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot and repair machinery to original specifications
Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment reliability
Assist with machine upgrades and capital projects
Integrate and maintain control systems for new and existing equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
Train others and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Desired Background/Skills:

Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field and 2+ years of experience or 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Ability to read schematics, use hand tools and test equipment
Familiarity with PLCs, servo systems, and industrial controls
Strong computer skills and understanding of safety protocols
Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
