Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Skilled 维修技术员 – 中级
To be the plant resource to ensure the continued operation, maintenance and installation of plant equipment and machinery. Helping others to complete the repair task. Independently carry out simple disassembly and repair. Under the guidance can complete overhaul mechanical or electrical equipment; grasp part simple processing and production technology.

Performance Expectations
Maintain balance between customer, employee and financial satisfaction by maximizing facility/department Performance Indicators to align to Linamar’s Stepping Stool of Success Strategy.
Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Interpret blueprints and schematics; implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities to identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts. Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair.
Perform general plant maintenance as required
Perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance
Complex equipment repair and analyze problems
Identify problems and make recommendations for improvement Optimization
Restore the original function device
Perform regular 5S duties
Ensure work is performed in a manner that minimizes downtime
Ensure work is organized in a manner to ensure employee safety is not compromised

Credentials
Minimum of vocational school graduate

Desired Characteristics
Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement.
Maintenance certificate is must
Minimum 3 years’ related experience in auto parts machining
Understanding of basic mechanical components and functions & PLC’s
Able to perform basic welding functions
Full understanding of tool
Able to work rotating shifts.
Basic English will be preferred
