HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available3-5 years relevant experienceAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

 

A Bit About the Role

Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely mannerPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentAbility to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediatelyDelivers various communications to residents as neededProvide the best quality customer service to our residentsMust be able to work on-call

Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.  Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed.  Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards. HVAC preferred. 3-5 yrs experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance. Must be available for rotating on-call hours.
