Toll Integrated Systems seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team in performing repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment at our manufacturing plant in Emporia, Virginia.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining automated saws, conveyors, and assembly lines. In addition, the technician will assist with replacing or installing new electrical circuits and controls to equipment; repairing switches, photo eyes, sensors, pushbuttons, contractors, and motor starters.

QualificationsWe seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience with 480v and low voltage, 24-volt control systems, and troubleshooting. Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications:
Electro-mechanical pneumatic system operation, component functionalityExperienced with preventative maintenance proceduresPreferred Journeyman Electrician with 3 years of industrial experience (medium to heavy manufacturing/assembly environment)Knowledge of PLC operation, ladder logic and troubleshooting, preferably GE FanucProficient in 12v-480 volt, 3 phase, AC/DC control and power systems installation and troubleshootingSolid background in safety practices (OSHA & MSDS) equipment and controlsAbility to interact with frontline production personnel to troubleshoot equipment and systems issuesProficiency in welding and mechanical fabrication preferredExperience in HVAC/Plumbing/Sanitary and general facilities maintenance preferredAvailability to work overtime and SaturdaysWe offer an excellent benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental, 401(k) with a company match, discounted stock purchase, discounts on mortgages, homes, appliances, and much more
