Complies with the station’s attendance/tardiness standards. Maintain and/or install plumbing fixtures, line valves, sewer storm drains, and waste disposal equipment. Ensure facility conformance to local, state, and national building codes and regulations. Repair/modify compressors and steam cleaning equipment. Constructs building additions, partitions, and modifications and make or repair wooden items such as cabinets, shelves, and test stands. Paint interior and exterior surfaces. Maintain electrical circuitry and elements. Install, repair heating and refrigeration units. Assist in preparing job estimates as required. Perform janitorial duties as necessary. Follow safety policies and procedures.
