We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great entry level position.

The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.  Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:             

Electrical     Plumbing     Carpentry     Drywall     Painting     Appliances     Exterior structures     Swimming poolsGeneral MaintenanceCustomer Service          

The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:          

Candidate requires own set of tools.  Industry experienceTeam playerHVAC certified preferredMust be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm
