Where You'll Work:

 

At our Owen, WI facility we are part of the Dairy and Culinary division and we make cheese powders, meal seasonings (mashed potato seasoning), dairy flavors and cheese sauce for our retail customers. This site participates in many local area charities and festivals throughout the year. We are looking for someone to help us keep things running!

The typical hiring range for this role is $28 to $35 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

What You'll Do:

 

We have an immediate opening for a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician, (with on call weekend every 8-10 weeks)

 

You’ll work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. You’ll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic, steam, pneumatic equipment, Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment Diagnose and maintain electrical systems Building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep What You'll need to be Successful and Safe:

 

Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all the following: Piping systems, Electricity, PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers), Process equipment, and Personal Computing 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience with focus in a fast-paced environment preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment & food/beverage experience is highly preferred
