In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations and standards. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures. Handle inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and safety protocols. Proven experience with OSHA requirements.Who you are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus. 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role Proven understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency with CMMS programs and MS Word and Excel. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
