Community Association Services of Indiana is recruiting for a qualified Maintenance Technician in the Carmel, IN area. Competitive wages, and fantastic benefits packages. Various maintenance duties depending on work orders received may consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

\n\nInvestigate, analyze, and repair minor electrical problems; including, but not limited to, changing photocells, repair or replacement of common area lights, timers, and telephone entry systems.\nInvestigate, analyze, and repair minor plumbing problems; including, but not limited to, repairing toilets, faucets, and irrigation systems.\nInvestigate, analyze, and repair minor carpentry problems; including, but not limited to, repair or replacement of lattice, shutters, screens, siding, cornice, signs, fences, and mailboxes.\nInvestigate, analyze, and repair other normal maintenance items; including, but not limited to, repairing window leaks, plugging holes in buildings, painting, repairing sheetrock, gutters, and downspouts.\nDrywall experience is a plus.\n\n Requirements\nMinimum one year of experience in different phases of community or property maintenance.\nMust have clean DMV.\nKnowledge in all phases of basic construction and/or maintenance skills is needed.\nUse your own tools, be timely, responsible, and have excellent communication skills.\n
