Volt is immediately hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. $28.00-$32.00 per hour

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

As an Maintenance Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExecute maintenance activities to ensure productivity and wash quality.\r\n\tPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.\r\n\tRead and interpret manuals and work orders.\r\n\tDiagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment functionality.\r\n\tUtilize various tools and equipment, comply with safety regulations, and maintain a clean work area.\r\n\tDevelop and implement maintenance processes, manage spare part inventory, and support production needs.\r\n\tCommunicate with other departments and support new machinery introductions.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh school diploma/GED required; craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.\r\n\t4+ years of manufacturing experience with skills in electric, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance.\r\n\tPLC programming experience preferred; Associates’ degree in related fields is a plus.\r\n\tStrong technical capacity, ethical conduct, communication proficiency, results-driven approach, and leadership skills.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00 hour

\r\n\r\n

1st shift starts at 5am and 2nd shift starts at 1:00pm Monday through Friday with weekends when needed.

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
