Overview As a Maintenance Technician at Mirabella Seattle, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly. In addition to completing maintenance work orders in a timely manner, you'll work with the entire maintenance team to ensure building systems are compliant - we're looking for someone with previous experience in water source heat pumps. Wages: $24.00 - $31.00 /hr DOE About You: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general apartment maintenance required. Ideal candidate possesses maintenance/HVAC knowledge.
