What Will You Do?

To troubleshoot, repair, install, maintain, all supported facility/building systems. Use of different mechanical tools as well as electrical testing and monitoring equipment including multi-meters. Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment at intervals reflected per Maximo.

What Do You Need?

HVAC License and Certification

EPA 608 Refrigerant Licence (Freon), preferred (Must obtain upon employment)

Required Experience:

Commercial and Residential HVAC troubleshooting, including furnace, AC, boilers, geo-thermal, and electrical cabinet air conditioning.

Skills with ductwork, electromechanical troubleshooting, and basic knowledge of grecon systems, preferred.
