Job Title – Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate – $20-$24 BOE

Location:   Enola, PA  17025
Shift- 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

3 most important things client needs this person to have At least 4-5 years experience in a Maintenance Technician role for  an Apartment complex Own basic hand tools Valid Drivers license and own personal vehicle (no rides) Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  Will be assisting in “turnovers” when tenants move out of apartments Performing drywall duties (patch work but also hanging/finishing) Performing basic plumbing duties (installing a sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal) Basic electrical duties (installing any lights or outlets) Basic troubleshooting HVAC units Cleaning apartments after tenants moved out. Moving any furniture that needs to be moved out. Moving out any appliances that need to be replaced Basic carpentry duties
Qualifications 4-5 Years experience as a Maintenance Technician for a property management group Basic Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing skills Ideally any HVAC experience/certifications MUST have own drivers license and own vehicle. Will be using own vehicle to drive throughout apartment complex (no company vehicle available) Basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammer, drill, wrenches and channel lock
