Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

The position is located at one of our client sites that is close to Warwick, QLD. This is an afternoon shift position with overtime opportunities. This is a hands on customer service role that requires a self-motivated and customer focused individual. The primary objectives of this role are:

Servicing our client's equipment in accordance with project and service agreementsTroubleshooting/problem solving equipment faultsIdentifying opportunities for improvements in the manufacture and performance of Dematic systems and productsAdhering to and promoting safety standards and work practices at all times

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications, skills & experience:

Must have technical qualification as Electrician or maintenance fitterAustralian Unrestricted Electrical Licence or Restricted electrical licenceMechanical maintenance experienceExperience in automation (conveyors & sortation systems) is highly regardedExperience in pneumatic systemsExperience in computerised maintenance systems MEX or similar is idealUnderstanding of OH&S requirementsPLC experience/exposure in Siemens S7 and SCADA WIN CC is highly regarded, it can be trained on the jobExcellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skillsAbility to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with the customer
