Every day\u2019s a new adventure in this role for someone who loves variety, values precision, and thrives on doing great work. ------------------------- What You\u2019ll Do: * Maintenance Mastery: Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on manufacturing equipment. * Facility Fixer: Maintain systems like HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and humidification. * Creative Touch-Ups: Paint and make minor repairs on interior and exterior building spaces, including masonry, drywall, ceilings, and more. * Precision Pro: Use measuring tools like rulers, calipers, and micrometers accurately. * Handy Hero: Handle small fixes\u2014changing light bulbs, replacing filters, cleaning drains, hanging boards, and more. * Custom Creator: Operate grinders and drill presses to repair or fabricate machine parts on demand. * Electric Expert: Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot motors, pumps, compressors, and plant systems. * Safety Specialist: Inspect and test fire alarms and pumps to keep the facility safe. * Record Keeper: Keep maintenance records accurate and up-to-date. * Lift Operator Extraordinaire: Safely operate scissor lifts and forklifts. * ------------------------- What We\u2019re Looking For: * Education: High school diploma or GED, plus any training in machine and electronics is a plus. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in machining and 3 years in electrical repair. * Skills: Precision measurement and sharp troubleshooting skills.
